In an effort to boost commerce and economic growth in the emirate, Abu Dhabi Airports Free Zone (ADAFZ) has announced the opening of a new warehouse facility in Al Falah District in collaboration with MSM Logistics.
The 8.3 square kilometre Al Falah area is the largest free zone area in the ADAFZ portfolio and is on the east of Zayed International Airport. Al Falah District is the perfect place for investors in Abu Dhabi to invest in cargo, logistics services, light manufacturing, and the AgriFood Growth and Water Abundance (AGWA) cluster because it provides contemporary infrastructure and a well-planned urban landscape. Through the partnership, a 28,623 square metre block of land was developed to provide flexible storage options and services for both domestic and foreign logistics enterprises.
MSM Logistics, renowned for its proficiency in the planning and building of industrial complexes, is working with ADAFZ to develop creative solutions that align with the project’s goals and place a strong emphasis on operational excellence and past performance.
The project, which has an AED85 million total investment value, was formally launched at ADIPEC 2023 after a Musataha agreement was signed.
By creating an atmosphere that is favorable for business expansion, ADAFZ plays a significant role in attracting foreign direct investment (FDI), supporting the UAE’s efforts to diversify its economy. A number of planned developments include the EMCT (East Midfield Cargo Terminal) and the growth of Business Park and Logistics Park.
ADAFZ is enabling smooth operations and comprehensive services to streamline procedures for both local and foreign firms, thanks to an expanding portfolio of active investors.

MSM Logistic hopes to open the path for upcoming projects involving leasable light industrial units for warehousing, as the first tenant at Al Falah District.
